Please Note: Competition meetings are mandatory. If you fail to attend the competition meeting, you will be disqualified from the competition and no refund will be given.

Also: Competition classes are limited to 10 Amateur couples ONLY per class and conducted during the Specialty Class slots on the schedule. Format is all-skate, spotlights, all-skate, with feedback/critique/suggestions per couple from the judges.

Photographs:
  By clicking the Submit button and registering for EBC, you agree that in return for allowing you to photograph during EBC, that you will abide by the following rules:   If you post images, they CANNOT have watermarks.   If you post images, EBC retains the right to use them in any way.   You CANNOT sell photographs taken at EBC.   If EBC requests copies, you must provide them without watermarks in high-quality digital format if they originated in digital format, otherwise prints will suffice.   EBC reserves the right to determine acceptable usage of photographs taken at EBC.   EBC retains ownership of any and all photographs, digital, film or print, taken at EBC.   These rules apply to ALL photos taken at EBC, past, present and future.

Video:
   By clicking the Submit button and registering for EBC, you agree that you will abide by the following rules regarding videotaping:   You are NOT allowed to videotape at the dances.   You are NOT allowed to videotape during a class.   You are NOT allowed to videotape instructors (The only exception is with their permission and when paying for a private lesson).   You are NOT allowed to videotape during a competition.   You are NOT allowed to videotape during any 'event' at EBC.   EBC reserves the right to determine acceptable usage of video taken at EBC and retains ownership of said video.   These rules apply to ALL video taken at EBC, past, present and future.

Competition Video:
   Any and all EBC footage posted online must be preceded by the EBC trailer logo and provide a link to the EBC site.  (Please contact EBC for a copy)   If you purchase a DVD, you may freely post competition footage of yourself online.   You may not post footage of anyone other than yourself online.    You may not post any footage from the video notebook online.
