If you are paying for someone else, please provide that information in the

If you pay via PayPal and fail to pay the $5 PayPal fee, your registration will not be complete until you do so. If any part of payment is received after the discount date expired, your registration amount will be adjusted to reflect an amount due as determined by the date payment is received, so you will still owe for your registration. In order to receive any discounts on registration, payments mailed via the
Postal Service MUST be postmarked by the deadline noted for said
discount. If not postmarked by the appropriate date, payment will be accepted
with a balance due and you will be required to make the additional payment
before attending the event.
